How do I pay for my order?

apop nyc offers secure checkout and accepts all major credit cards including; Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For your convenience, Apple Pay & Amazon Pay are also available. International orders must use verifiable payment or Amazon Pay at checkout. Just add items to your cart then proceed to checkout and choose your preferred payment method. 

An order acknowledgement will be sent out once your order is placed.

How long will it take to process my order? When will my order ship?

Order processing for shipment takes 1-3 business days. For the most part, orders ships within 1 Business Day upon completed payment verification. Most orders ship within 1- 3 business days. Please view listing for additional processing time required or any backorder-waitlist information. An email confirmation with shipment information will be provided once your payment has been verified and your order has been fulfilled.

Where does apop ship from?

Our private Studio is located in Manhattan, your purchase ships from Manhattan, New York City.

What is payment verification?

Payment is confirmed and cleared with your credit card/bank. In order to further expedite this step, please provide all accurate billing and shipping information. 

How long does shipping take?

Once the order is completely processed and shipped please allow the following days for delivery:

Promo: FREE Standard Delivery (3-8 business days) ($4 savings)

Expedited Economy Delivery (2-3 business days)  $6

Express Delivery (1-2 business days) $22 

Fed Ex Expedited (2-3 Business days) $12.99

International Shipping is available, please proceed to checkout for destination charges.

Do you accept returns?

Yes,  14-day return policy: only brand new/unworn items with original merchandise tags attached and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns without authorization number may not be processed. 14kt rings are size exchange only. Final Sale (customized items; ear cuffs; ear pins; nameplate jewelry; engraved jewelry; including items delineated "Final Sale" within listing) are non-eligible. Every item is listed on with dimensions and weight and carefully packaged for quality assurance by our dedicated staff. Returns are accepted under certain circumstances ( i.e. defective, damaged, wrong item.) We must receive any return or exchange request in a timely manner; 14 days of delivery (including weekdays and weekends.)
