Please return item to us within 14 days of delivery - once the item is received we may process refund (minus shipping) within 3-10 business days of return delivery receipt. Item must be received in brand new condition with all tags and packaging untampered. Returns over $75 may be assessed restocking fee for brand new items: 5% + shipping. Please do not include return information on the exterior of package, only within. Please review return guidelines. Please let us know if you require further assistance.
We recommend using US postal services for returns. Fedex and ups do not deliver to po boxes.

Please return brand new item(s) with all tags attached/untampered as delivered within 14 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Returns over $100 must be returned with traceable and insured method. Shipping charges and gift wrap are non-refundable. Please include order number within package. Once return is received and processed, refund (minus shipping) may be processed to original form of payment within 3-10 business days. Returns over $75 may be assessed restocking fee up to 10%, subject to return condition. Returns placed with Promotional Free Shipping or Free Standard Shipping may be subject to Standard Shipping Cost deduction (up to $5) Returned item(s) must arrive safe and undamaged. We do not accept the return of worn/used, opened, or damaged items - Any worn, used, opened, item(s) without tags, removed tags, or damaged item(s) will incur a 50% re-stocking fee. Item(s) with obvious signs of wear will not be accepted. We specialize in delicate jewelry, while we stand by our hand-selected product, we are not responsible for negligent wear. Short paid postage will be discounted from refund amount. All returns are thoroughly examined. We appreciate your understanding.
